Collision Estimator

 
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
A Body Shop Estimator is responsible for appraising customer’s vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claims or customer paid repairs. It is also the responsibility of the Estimator to maintain business flow while working with insurance adjusters and customers to assure a quality job while upholding customer satisfaction standards.
 
Conduct inspections and examinations to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
 
Write an estimate cost by costing parts, supplies, labor to repair or replace each damaged item
 
Obtain insurance estimates by contacting insurance companies, reviewing damage estimates with insurance adjuster, resolving repair and replacement requirements
 
Maintain customer relations by explaining estimate and expected repair
 
Previous automotive experience required
 
Prior automotive estimating experience required
 
Our shop is very advanced with much of the latest technology available in the industry.

Detail Technician

If your looking for a career in the collision industry this is a great starting point to continue to move up the ladder into a full time auto body technician.

We are a busy auto body repair shop located halfway between Brainerd and St. Cloud looking for a full-time Detailer/Shop Assistant.

Our shop is very advanced with much of the latest technology available in our industry to make our employees jobs easier. We will train you for this position.

Responsibilities include:

– Automotive detailing and washing before the jobs are delivered

– Parts washing

– General shop assistance duties
